six of our girls could go!

August 28th

                                   Marriott in Stanford

                                   Connecticut

The girls loved the Marriott where there was upscale everything: indoor/outdoor pool, hot-tub, sauna, 300-thread count sheets, free internet service, and even a restaurant on the top level that rotates. 

The mall right across the street from the Marriott also made their day!

August 29th

The Days Inn

We traveled to Boston and after an extensive drive through the city found our hotel and were blessed to be able to rest, watch a movie, and prepare for ministry for the following day.

August 30th

Longwood Guests Suites

Move in day for the girls!  They felt like college students as they were allowed to have their own room complete with a kitchen, dishes, and everything we needed.  It was such a blessing to spend two nights in three mini apartments at this beautiful retirement home.  We were also blessed with the privilege of ministering to the residents which was a lot of fun for the girls!

The day was spent shopping and in the commons area and ended with a game of bowing at the Boston Bowl!

Sept 2nd

Because of the weather, we weren't able to travel all the way back to Virginia Beach, so the Marriott offered us another night for a small cost!

We love the Marriott!
