Plaxico grew up in Twin Canal and each year he returns to give back to his former community by blessing families with  turkeys and hams.

This year there were so many people lined up  that all of the 400 turkeys and 300 hams was given away within 30 minutes. 

Plaxico & the UIH Step Team

United In Him has a special place in Plaxico's heart as it was his mother's vision to start a step team in Twin Canal.  For the past 2 years Plaxico has come to our house to see the step team perform. 

This year was special in that Tanisha (9th grader) has started a UIH JV step team consisting of thirteen 2nd-6th graders.  They have been practicing for the past months and their first performance was for Plaxico. All of them were so excited to see the joy in Plaxico's heart as they stepped and to know that the Superbowl Hero would take time out of his busy schedule to come and see them, was priceless.

We also had the privilege of praying with Plaxico's for his wife Tiffany, his son Elijah, and for this year's football season.  We are so blessed to see how God would connect us with Plaxico and give us an opportunity to anoint him through prayer.

We truly believe that as he has given so much to these kids that God's going to continue to bless him in extraordinary ways!

Dockside Court  (The UIH Outreach Center)

At this time, our house, like many others in America, is at risk of foreclosure.  We have a couple of options: pay off the arrears of $10,000 before January 9th or an investor can purchase it for around 100K and either rent it back to us or donate it to the ministry. 

Our house is strategically placed in this community as God's plan for us to provide a place for our kids to do homework, hold film class, step practice, bible study, and family dinners with all of the children and teens. 

Many would think that we would be anxious, but we are truly at peace knowing that God has a plan to deliver this home for these kids.  He started this ministry on a miracle and He will sustain it on a miracle.  These kids need this house and God has placed it here as a safe haven for them.  If you are interested in knowing more of the details please CLICK HERE to email us or call 757.471.0180.
