to totally transform inner city communities

through the love of Jesus Christ.

During consecration with our church where we were fasting and praying for 21 days, God placed in our hearts a vision that literally brought us to our knees.  On January 21^st, during noonday prayer God said to Jackie, “What would you do if I placed $52,000,000.00 into your hands?”  At exactly the same time, Vicki was praying about helping young boys and men who had come out of prison to find the love of Jesus, and God told her, “You are thinking too small, think bigger.  Make a home for these young men.” 

Overwhelmed, we began to place at His feet our limitations and proclaimed, “Jesus You can do ALL things!”  Within days, God opened our eyes to His plans, and it began with the:

       United In Him Empowerment Center

The facility will be located near Twin Canal and will begin with a discipleship program where we will teach 12 women the importance of fitness and nutrition, money management, life skills development, child care and enrichment, and how to walk in the power of the Holy Spirit.  During this 52 day life transformation course, they will receive one-on-one mentoring to finish their GED, training to enhance their work skills, and encouragement to discover the purpose for which God created them.  Upon completion of the course, we will help them to find employment and child care will be provided for a reduced rate at the Empowerment Center.
