To unite with churches and other Christian organizations to totally transform inner city communities through the love of Jesus Christ.
We are currently preparing for revival to break forth in Twin Canal as the spiritual strongholds are beginning to be revealed. We know that God is raising-up a mighty army who is equipped, trained and ready to stand against all the schemes of the enemy. After last month’s outreach, there has been such an awesome anointing as we have ministered in the project. Many of the residents’ hearts have softened and we know that this is just the beginning. Therefore, we wait with great expectation upon our God who raises us kings and establishes kingdoms. We stand in AWE as God continues to bring us the most incredible men with passion for Jesus and vision to see how God is preparing to transform the entire community of Twin Canal. For 2 years we prayed for men to join us, and now we have 3 of the most powerful men who are united together and ready to sacrifice whatever it takes to see the kingdom break forth in Twin Canal. We praise God for Brother Ron who recently joined UIH as our mechanic. One of our greatest desires is to be able to empower the residents of Twin Canal. Just last week, Brother Ron was able to fix one of the resident’s vehicles thereby enabling her to get to work the following day. As a result, she decided to come to prayer on Thursday night. What we needed, God supplied by giving us another man after God’s own heart. Brother Ron also plans to teach many of the residents the skills needed to fix their own cars!
Last month we asked you to pray for Farm animals and other needed items to establish Hosanna House as a working farm!
In August, Tracey was looking for someone who would take good care of her horse, as she was no longer able to keep him. A friend told her about Susan Forbes, the Director of Hosanna House. After meeting Susan, she decided to not only donate the horse, but also all the feed, medicine, and other essential items needed to care for Kingdom on a monthly basis.
However, we needed a barn and proper fencing prior to Kingdom coming to Hosanna House! Once again Jesus makes a way where there seems to be no way. Susan’s landlord, Mister Burton, heard about this former racehorse and our desire to care for him and he decided to build us a barn and put up all the fencing.
We marvel that God has entrusted to us this awesome responsibility and that He would make a way for us to acquire “KINGDOM”. He will be the first of many farm animals that will be used to help rehabilitate the foster girls, which will be coming in 2005. The anticipated arrival of Kingdom is the end of October, as the barn will be finished at that time.
Mr. Burton also desires to donate 2 milking cows and other farmers continue asking Susan when they can donate sheep and other animals. We want to sincerely thank you for all of your prayers and for uniting with us in all that God is doing in Virginia Beach.

But there is much ground to be tilled. The hearts and minds of the residents of Twin Canal is that ground, and our obedience towards God’s direction for us will guarantee a bountiful harvest. The upcoming outreaches and weekly services will provide the spiritual nurturing that Twin Canal needs.
