Scripture of the Month

Malachi 3:10

“Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it.”

Vision Statement

To unite with churches and other Christian organizations

to totally transform inner city communities

through the love of Jesus Christ.

Royal Providential Blessings

GREAT IS THE LORD AND MOST WORTHY OF PRAISE; HIS GREATNESS NO ONE CAN FATHOM.  ONE GENERATION WILL COMMEND YOUR WORKS TO ANOTHER; THEY WILL TELL OF THE POWER OF YOUR AWESOME WORKS! (Psalm 145:3-4)

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever. Therefore, we know that our God will show Himself strong to EVERYONE who trusts in His amazing grace and unfailing love.

Aug 1st Traveling to an outreach in 3 vehicles, we decided to take the toll bridge.   Jackie had the exact amount of change to pay for all 3 cars until she realized the price had increased.   Attempting to pay for 2 cars, the attendant said, “But the man in front of you paid your toll.”   God’s timing is always perfect!

Aug 6th  Two girls came rushing over to our house, questioning if they were saved.  That night they asked Jesus into their hearts forever!

Aug 14th Vicki had been driving a rental car when God put it on her heart to upgrade to a van for a day.  We went to Enterprise and two women searched at every location, but found no vans.  Upon exiting, one of the ladies returned saying, “You’re not going to believe this, but I found the keys to a van that is right here on our lot!”   We received an upgrade which cost United In Him only $35 to transport all the kids on their field trip.

Aug 18th That morning at the beach, Vicki prayed that “today would be filled with exceeding great joy.”  At that very moment, a dozen dolphins surrounded us and began jumping out of the water side by side, twisting and approaching the shoreline.  It felt like we were at Sea World and the dolphins were performing just for us.  Isn’t it like our God to put on His own Dolphin Show!  We felt so refreshed by His presence, and later that night at prayer Rock-Rock and Shanice caused all of heaven to rejoice as they received the gift of salvation.

Aug 19th Took 8 adults and 25 children to a

water theme park as a reward for faithfulness

over the summer.  The children had so much fun

riding the slides for the first time, and it also

allowed us to spend quality time with their parents.

Aug 24th Prayed with a woman to receive Christ who is addicted to drugs and alcohol.  She really wants to walk with God, and we believe she will be a great leader in the revival as she breaks free from these strongholds.

Aug 25th Distributed 50 bags of school supplies, food, toys and clothing for the children to begin school.  Then, over 30 children and 6 adults showed up for prayer where Milo and Isaiah accepted the Lord!

Aug 28th End of the year ALL NIGHT PARTY for the Leadership Team.  We planned to go miniature golfing but didn’t have the transportation to take all the children, so we decided to let them have free time at our house to play games, make cookies and brownies, play games on the computer and watch movies.  That night it rained, so we wouldn’t have been able to golf anyway.  Praise God that He planned the party and not us!

Aug 29th United In Him had their first worship night where God spoke with visions and great revelation that brought encouragement to all.

Labor Day United In Him took 4 adults and 11 kids canoeing for the first time.  Afterwards, we felt led to buy an outfit for one of the children for the first day of school.  At the checkout a lady says, “Don’t you bring a lot of children to Calvary Revival Church?”  Vicki said, “Yes,” and she proceeded to tell us that God told her to start buying school supplies in June and it wasn’t until that very moment that she knew it was for us. Praise God that He has stored up for us His Royal Providential Blessings!
