Each of the 13 Leaders were chosen because of their exceptional leadership qualities, their godly

character, and their desire grow in Christ.  Each leader enters the UIH army as a private and then

can advance in rank by memorizing scriptures, taking Advanced Bible knowledge tests, and

demonstrating Christ-like qualities on a daily basis.
