KIND JRS was founded to help fund ministry efforts that bless children both locally and globally. We currently serve youth in Virginia Beach and support a children’s feeding program in Zimbabwe, Africa.
The inspiration behind KIND JRS comes from my father, John Richard Stevenson—a man who embodied kindness in every way. Those who knew him often spoke of his kindness, intelligence, and sense of humor. When once told he was admired for these qualities, his humble reply was, “I only want to be remembered as kind.” His lifetime of community service even earned him the honor of carrying the Olympic torch. On December 2, 2024, he graduated to Heaven, but his legacy of kindness continues to shine through the work of KIND JRS.
